**Job Description**:
The **Client readiness manager **is responsible for leading the Client Readiness team within Operations and reports to the VP of Operations.
This team leads the onboarding of Red Points’ clients in its proprietary platform working very closely with the Customer Management team. As a client readiness manager you have the discipline of continuously improving processes and can also interact with clients to make the onboarding process as smooth as possible.
You are quick-witted, entrepreneurial and intellectually curious. To succeed in this role, you are willing to try new things and can manage numerous projects with tight deadlines. Things happen quickly at Red Points, and to do great work, you need to be an enthusiastic team player who can work cross-functionally with partners across Customer Success, Product and other teams within the Operations structure.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Work with the VP of Operations in defining the Detections team scale up strategy including the identification of present and future resources needs;
- Lead a team of 7 analysts, provide inspiring leadership to them. Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale;
- Manage resource assignment and work allocation for the team;
- Set both team in individual goals;
- Conduct performance reviews and provide performance feedback;
- Supervise performance quality and coordinate with other Operations teams best practices;
- Effectively manage data and perform root-cause analysis of problems
- Liaise with the rest of operations managers as well as with Customer success team to ensure client needs are addressed in the most efficient way possible;
- Documents ‘as-is’ processes and information flows;
- Develops ‘to-be’ process flows and process change diagrams to identify needed organizational and workflow changes;
- Develop and implement new protocols and workflows to optimize team performance as needed;

**Qualifications**:

- You are a change agent who can collaborate with the rest of Red Points to drive change;
- You excel at managing urgencies and teams under time-constraint situations
- You can exercise influence without authority, teach and train others, and positively affect results;
- You are a person who has a natural ability to build consensus and relations among managers;
- You have excellent communication skills.
- At least 3 years of managing experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish
