Multinational leader in the plastic industry and in a growing expansion process, is looking to incorporate in his corporate team a
Procurement Assistant & Production Control
(M/F)
Reporting directly to the SCM Responsible
**Responsible for**:
Negotiation with suppliers (rates, delivery times, etc...)
Direct contact with suppliers to coordinate shipments, incidents and documentation
Search and advice of the best economic solution in time and form
Management and monitoring of purchase orders.
Stock management and Inventory.
Preparation and management of the annual budget and cost reduction plan.
Control and monitoring of the department's budget, KPI's and report to Management.
Review of production orders
Follow-up of deliveries of raw material and recycling
Control and monitoring of subsidiary material
Other administrative tasks
**Profile**:
Higher education
About 3 years of related experience.
Fluent English is mandatory.
SAP is mandatory.
Excell - Advance user.
**Skills**:
Strong analytical an data management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Hands-on approach.
Entrepreneurial, high performance and results orientation.
Problem solving skills.
Motivation and energy to deliver and improve.
Used to working under pressure.
