**Your role**

**Responsibilities**
- Create and deliver motion graphics, animations and video edits for multiple platforms and mediums.
- Work with the global communications team to produce video graphic content for a variety of different projects.
- Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions for future video projects.
- Collaborate with the global communications team to develop concepts and storyboards for video content.
- Ensure all video content aligns with the brand and creates a unified creative vision.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled, and about to finish, a degree program in Film Production, Video Arts, Motion Graphic Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, as we are a team with members from 16 different nationalities and our team is split between Spain and Switzerland.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of video editing techniques (cut scenes, color correction, camera, 2D and 3D animation, script, rendering)
- Skilled in using software programs for motion graphics with a particular focus on Adobe Creative (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator and Encoder)
- Bonus Points: knowledge of After Effects expression, skills in 3D animation, camera shooting.
- Great at organizing and planning work, and able to multitask, prioritize and work autonomously, and work under pressure.
- An excellent eye for detail, and a passion for quality.
