**Brief Call**: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you

**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities

**Case study**: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

**Job description**:

**WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️**

**Experience**:

- Minimum of **5 years in IT risk management**, governance, or a related field.
- Exposure to international projects and diverse teams.
- Familiarity with** ISO 27001** (knowledge of 27017 and 27018 is a plus).
- Understanding of **identities, access management, and third-party risk management**.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluent in **English and Spanish** (both mandatory).
- Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset.
- Adaptability to work across diverse cultural and professional environments.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- **Governance and Risk Management**:

- Develop and implement I**T risk governance frameworks**.
- Oversee operational resilience and access management protocols.
- Collaborate with teams to manage third-party risks effectively.
- **Compliance and Standards**:

- Ensure adherence to **ISO** standards (27001, 27017, and 27018).
- Assess and mitigate risks related to identities, access management, and operational resilience.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Partner with international teams (100+ members, including 20 developers) to align risk strategies.
- **Communication and Training**:

- Communicate complex risk concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Train and support teams on governance, access management, and resilience practices.
