We are seeking an experienced Ukrainian-speaking Affiliate Manager for an exciting opportunity with a performance marketing network. As an Affiliate Manager, your main responsibility will be to recruit new affiliates into the network to support its continued growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Actively engage in building new affiliate relationships.
- Manage existing Ukrainian affiliates.
- Assist with various campaign management tasks to drive growth.
- Monitor campaign performance and develop data interpretation skills.
- Set up and optimise offers within the affiliate marketing platform.
- Provide support to publisher managers in their daily interactions with partners.
- Assist in marketing efforts, which may include trade shows and advertising activities.
- Be available outside of regular office hours and on weekends.
**Requirements**:
- **Proficiency in both written and spoken English.**:
- Fluency in Ukrainian.
- ** Max 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing.**:
- Sales-oriented mindset.
- High flexibility and adaptability.
- Passion for digital marketing.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency with Excel/Numbers and Google Sheets.
