Your role as a trusted advisor will involve recommending strategic initiatives and coordinating with the Learning Team to address specific regional learning needs.

- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Implement and oversee metrics that gauge the effectiveness of talent initiatives. Regularly report to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
- Resource Management and Budgeting: Efficiently manage departmental resources, ensuring activities are within budget and resources are optimized to meet strategic goals.
- Travel and Support: Be prepared to travel across regions to directly engage with teams, lead workshops, and provide on-ground support, ensuring the successful implementation of global strategies and programs.
