**Descripción**:
Support the** Group Quality Department** on deployment Saica’s strategy on quality and product safety through:
- Monitoring, understanding and interpreting applicable product safety and quality regulation and requirements for the different business units.
- Regulatory compliance assessment of raw materials, recipes and products.
- Identifying appropriate analytical testing protocols for ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and customer requirements.
- Providing technical support on product safety regulatory topics to Sales, RDi, Purchasing, Communication, Quality, and Operations.
- Assisting in preparing responses to requests of information related to product safety from customers and authorities.
- Collaboration with external laboratories and institutes.
- Establishing, implementing, and improving our quality and product safety management systems and GMPs programmes.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and collaborating with relevant teams to implement changes.
- Analyzing data trends to identify areas for improvement and motivate data-driven decisions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate quality and product safety into all aspects of the organization.
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and quality and product safety awareness throughout the organization.
**Requisitos**:
**ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING**:
Mandatory:
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Food Science.
- Knowledge of Food Contact Material and Chemicals Regulatory Framework or equivalent experience (min. 1 years): EU, FDA, MERCOSUR, etc.
- Certified training in GFSI Product Safety schemes (eg. BRCGS) or equivalent experience (min. 3 years).
- Certified training in ISO 9001 or equivalent experience (min. 3 years).
- Certified training as Quality Auditor or equivalent experience (min. 3 years).
- Training in Problem Solving and other Quality tools.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Tools user (Excel).
Desirable:
- Certified training in statistical process control or equivalent experience.
- Certified training in Six Sigma or equivalent experience.
- Certified training in Lean Manufacturing or equivalent experience.
- Certified training in Integrated Management Systems (Quality, Environment and H&S) or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge on SAP.
