La persona seleccionada realizará las siguientes funciones:
Redactar y negociar contratos de ventas y marketing de acuerdo con los procedimientos de la Compañía.

Elaboración del calendario de eventos y el calendario de la marca.

Comunicación y seguimiento con los planificadores de viajes grupales y los socios de marketing.

Administración de programas de paquetes.

Asegurar la recepción del pago del cliente siguiendo los procedimientos de la Compañía.

Mantenimiento de herramientas y equipos de ventas y marketing

Actualización del sitio web

Asociarse con el Gerente de Ventas y Marketing en las llamadas de prospección a cuentas corporativas, organizadores de convenciones/reuniones y reservas previas.

Asistir en la ejecución y asistir a adquisiciones, funciones y fiestas designadas para brindar apoyo, garantizar la satisfacción de los clientes y promover negocios futuros.

Asistir a ferias comerciales según lo aprobado por el presupuesto y el Gerente de Ventas y Marketing/Gerente General.

Servir de enlace entre los departamentos de Ventas y Marketing

Coordinar operaciones entre departamentos.

Asistir a eventos de marketing de funciones de clientes y partes designadas para brindar apoyo y representación del departamento.

Saber, comprender, y practicar (con energía y entusiasmo) la misión, los valores, los lemas, la cultura y el espíritu que hacen que la empresa sea única.

Trabajar en equipo, ayudando a todos los departamentos a completar las actividades o proyectos requeridos que aseguren que logremos eventos o resultados exitosos que reflejen el marca.

La persona seleccionada tendrá que cumplir los siguientes requisitos:

- Formación: Grado en Marketing o Máster en Mk Digital
- Inglés: Alto (mínimo C1, imprescindible)
- Experiência de 2 años en departamentos de Marketing (Redes Sociales, organización de eventos, maquetación, generar contenido, SEO y SEM). Muy valorable que la experiência sea en grupos fuertes de hostelería.
- Experiência en ventas : recibir a los clientes potenciales como agencias de viajes, hoteles, Tours.
- Habilidad para trabajar de manera independiente mientras se asegura que los gerentes y/o clientes posean la información pertinente para la ejecución de un evento exitoso.
