JOB DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the Order to Cash Manager based in Palma, you will provide high quality support to existing Hotelbeds customers across the UK/EU region from Order to payment by delivering accurate billing to our clients and recognizing revenue correctly and swiftly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contacting with customers with collections pending
- Chasing outstanding debt.
- Reconciling claim accounts.
- Forwarding claim discrepancies queries to the corresponding team for review.
- Support effective, efficient finance transactions and processes in line with internal/external standards.
- Support posting, clearing and reconciliations services to meet SLAs and KPIs.
- Review orders to ensure revenue can be recognized in line with requirements - flagging exceptions.
- Monitor risk associated with cash collection and DSO.
- Coordinating with credit control the review of clients’ credit limits.
- Provide best-in-market Customer experience - drive proactive, value-adding interactions, handling customer inquiries and effectively resolving issues.
- Weekly report about status of claim balances.
- Support UK/EU sales team as required.

**Requirements**:

- High knowledge of the English language native or bilingual.
- Desirable Spanish knowledge.
- Microsoft office skills, especially excellent Excel
- Good negotiation skills, multitasking, organizing, prioritization and working independently.
- High performance in communication with internal Stakeholders and external clients; good team player
