FLOOR MANAGER
en nuestra tienda de Factory Outlet en Aldaia- Mostrar adidas en el punto de venta como la marca líder en el sector y nuestros valores fundamentales como marca de Autenticidad, Pasión, Compromiso, Innovación y Honestidad para inspirar al consumidor a través del deporte- Key Responsibilities:
- Reportando al Store Manager y Assistant Store Manager asegurar que todos los objetivos de ventas y beneficios se alcancen a través de:
- Coordinar y supervisar a los dependientes de la zona asignada garantizando una óptima atención al cliente.
- Asegurar que se cumplen las directrices diarias marcadas para cada planta.
- Garantizar la reposición y organización de la zona de ventas de acuerdo a los criterios de Visual Merchandising.
- Supervisar el correcto funcionamiento de la zona de cajas.
- Servicio al cliente, información y soporte a la gestión de ventas.
- Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Capacidad de liderazgo.
- Habilidades para la venta. Iniciativa, espíritu de equipo.
- Apasionado por el deporte.
- Idiomas: Español e inglés con habilidad para comunicarse efectivamente tanto hablado como escrito.
- Usuario habitual de Windows Office.
- Requisite Education and Experience/Minimum Qualifications:
- Formación universitaria relacionada con nuestro negocio.
- Mínimo de 2 años de experiência en servicio al cliente directo preferiblemente en el campo de deporte, moda street/casual de empresas competidoras afines en este sector.
- Mínimo un año de experiência en gestión de equipos
