**Your profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business with a focus on accounting preferred.
- At least two years AR experience required, preferably in a university setting.
- Fluent in Spanish, English and French.
- Experience using ERP Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
- Must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills required.

**Main responsibilities & tasks**
- Process to ensure timely completion of month-end close.
- Work closely with the Finance Department to assist with reconciliations.
- Assist with processing and delegating student payments.
- Ensure all other cash receipts are posted and deposited on a daily basis.
- Provide support to financial aid, recruitment and registration efforts as needed.
- Ensure end of day procedure are properly and accurately run.
- Flexibility to handle duties as directed.
