Prior experience in customer service and administration roles -3 years.
Personal interest for education; sensitivity about the intrinsic difficulties of working in a regulated environment.
Digital competences.
Competent use of common software (Office 365 needed).
Languages: Spanish and English (Proficiency level).

**Descripción**

Mission: To offer the best customer experience as a first contact with the School to all people coming in, providing administrative support and delivering excellent service to students, staff and parents.

1.Reception
- To assist all visitors and to attend and make phone calls to parents, third parties, etc.
- To register all people coming in and out of the building according to the School Requirements.
- To provide the correct identification lanyard to visitors.
- To check all staff are identified and do the fingerprint register correctly.
- To keep updated pupils' register and to make sure all pupils leave the building with authorisation when needed.

2. Administration
- Feed the medical tracker, controlling and assisting pupils with special medical needs, being the first aider when needed.
- Create, modify and translate documentation.
- Create students' reports preparing all documents needed for new students, transfers and homologations.
- Provide support around trips, i.e. passports, letters to parents, visas.
- Work with Marketing/Communications to produce reminders and other documents and organise events.
- Send communications to parents (Mail merge).
- Provide support in transport, events organization, i.e. information evenings, PTMs, school shows, etc, which in turn might involve liaising with other departments.
- Ensure the distribution of relevant documents to form tutors and teachers, providing administrative support to teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Stock control and material coordination.

3. Community
- Understanding and accomplishment of School policies.
- To collaborate with the prevention and control of emergency situations.
- Effective communication regarding entrance and exit requirements with pupils, staff members, third parties and Cognita Partners.
- To participate in all trainings offered by the School.
