Tu misión principal será vender servicios de transporte tanto a clientes nuevos como a los ya existentes, ofreciendo soluciones de transporte adaptadas a sus necesidades y asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de Calidad y de Seguridad de los propios clientes y de XPO.

**¿Cuáles son tus tareas habituales?**:

- Buscar, identificar y desarrollar clientes potenciales en función de los objetivos establecidos
- Llevar a cabo negociaciones tanto con los clientes existentes como con los potenciales.
- Desarrollar y mantener una sólida comprensión de la industria y del tejido empresarial, necesidades, tarifas, transportistas, capacidades de carga. para pode diseñar y ofertar las soluciones de transporte que mejor se adapten a las necesidades.
- Colaborar estrechamente con los distintos departamentos operativos para garantizar un óptimo servicio.
- Atención al cliente.

**¿Qué necesitas para tener éxito en XPO?**:
Como mínimo, necesitas:

- Formación en Grado Superior o Licenciatura
- Tener una gran capacidad de Trabajo en Equipo.
- Ser dinámico/a.
- Estar orientado/a al resultado.
- Tener una experiência mínima de 2 años en puestos similares

Sería estupendo si además posees:

- Formación académica en Logística y Transporte o en Comercio Internacional.
- Conocimientos de inglés y/o francés
