We are

Signify, the new company name of Philips Lighting, is the global leader in lighting systems, and data-enabled services, building on 125+ years of innovations.

The Global Internal Audit team, with approx. 25 team members spread over 7 countries, provides risk assurance to the Executive Management and Supervisory Board, across many key strategic and operational areas within Signify. You will have exposure to our senior management on a global and cross-functional scale and you are based in Amsterdam. This is a unique opportunity to engage yourself in the areas of risk assessment, prevention, detection and mitigation on a multinational level. We are looking for you if you can bring together the right balance of data analytical skills, people skills and problem-solving skills.

Together we can...
- Drive a team of 2-3 customer screenings analysts to perform third party due diligence screenings for Signify globally;
- Motivate the team to achieve our departmental KPIs within budget;
- Align with different departments and markets on Signify’ s mandatory Due Diligence Program;
- Design and implement enhanced screening procedures to ensure high quality screening results;
- Manage the different stakeholders including senior management while successfully driving a sensitive process;
- Act as a Due Diligence Program promotor and provide workshops across markets;
- Lead specific strategic projects - this can be driving for procedure excellence or enhancing overall compliance environment;
- Participate in Audits and Fraud Investigations.

You are/You have...
- A Bachelor and/or Master's degree in Law or Finance;
- At least 3-5 years relevant experience (compliance / third party screening / due diligence/risk management), preferably with in-house experience;
- Experience in managing a team and coordinating with senior stakeholders within a global operating company;
- Fluency in written and spoken English and a second language (Spanish, Arabic or Slavic languages are a plus);
- High level of integrity, stress resistance, flexibility and creativity;
- Resilient and strong ability to multitasks and learn fast;
- Agile, pro-active and commitment to take up additional responsibilities within the team including Audits and Fraud Investigations.
