MISSION

To manage Business Activity Coordination with external companies conducting activities at Viladecavalls, as well as to guarantee and supervise documentation related to the Spanish Data Protection Act.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS

**To coordinate Business Activities**:
Control and review documentation from external companies accessing facilities.

Prepare necessary documentation, depending on access type.

**Spanish Data Protection Act compliance management**:
Review documentation related to data protection from all departments at Barcelona, Sant Guim, Igualada and Viladecavalls centres.

Regulatory updating and required documents.

Conduct periodical tests and internal audits.

Prepare and manage external audits.

Answer consultations by company staff and staff from Ficosa centres.

Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.

Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

**Academic background**:
Vocational training

**Languages**:
Fluent local language & Intermediate English

**Experience**:
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position
