**What you will do**:
We’re looking for a tactical and strategic Senior People (HR) Manager in Barcelona to directly manage our People function for Europe (especially across Spain, France, and the UK), with direct day-to-day management and mentoring of two People (HR) managers in Spain and France. Specific duties and responsibilities include:

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for our incredible teams in Europe.
- Drive our One Inbenta company culture through People programs that empower business excellence and ignite employee engagement.
- Pioneer initiatives that foster a high-performance culture and propel us towards greatness and winning in the AI marketplace.
- Provide expert guidance to leaders, managers, and employees on recruitment, talent management, performance management, HR policy, legal issues, compensation, and employee relations best practices for Spain, France, the UK, and act as a skilled mediator when needed.
- Ensure a seamless process each month for payroll preparation, review, and fulfillment.
- Navigate, help enhance, and carry out our performance review strategy and process, elevating individual and team effectiveness.
- Be part of our internal communications and newsletter committee to keep our teams connected and informed.
- Handle general HR administration for Europe.

Desired qualifications for our Senior People (HR) Manager role/ key qualifications and attributes:

- Five to seven years of progressive HR generalist and management experience.
- Leadership and relationship building: We are seeking an individual who not only leads but inspires and influences positive relationships across all levels of the organization. The ability to motivate teams, establish strong relationships of mutual trust with leaders and employes, and foster collaboration is paramount to the success of this role.
- Organized, disciplined, and driven: The Senior People (HR) Manager must be exceptionally organized, disciplined, and driven, capable of efficiently managing multiple HR topics concurrently. This includes overseeing employee relations, payroll processes, and various other HR functions seamlessly.
- Employee relations and payroll expertise: Hands-on experience in employee relations and payroll management is essential. This includes the ability to handle sensitive personnel matters with tact and precision.
- Regional employment law proficiency: A distinctive advantage would be familiarity with Barcelona, Toulouse, and London regional employment laws and regulations.
- A university degree in a related field or requisite professional experience in lieu of a degree.
