- We zijn momenteel op zoek naar een proactieve customser service representative voor onze locatie in Barcelona, Spanje. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor je eigen klantenbestand. Je bent de belangrijkste schakel tussen de interne klanten (je collega's) en de externe klanten.Als customer service representative ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor je eigen klantenbestand. Na je inwerkperiode bouw je dit klantenbestand geleidelijk op. Je verwerkt de klant(order)aanvragen en onderhoudt actief contact met de afdeling planning en klanten om de operationele uitvoering zo soepel mogelijk te laten verlopen. Ook een zorgvuldige administratieve vastlegging behoort tot je takenpakket, evenals het opstellen van de facturen. Je weet als geen ander hoe je met verschillende klanten moet communiceren en een waardevolle relatie moet opbouwen. Je streeft naar continue verbetering door vooruit te denken en zoveel mogelijk met de klant mee te denken.

**Jouw profiel**:

- Minimaal 5 jaar customer service ervaring in een B2B-omgeving
- Aantoonbare ervaring in logistiek
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse en Spaanse taal. Frans zou een grote plus zijn
- Proactief en goede communicatieve vaardigheden
