WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing end-to-end change on medium to large programs.
Business level proficiency in English.
Ability to navigate and excel within a matrix organization.
A structured and results-oriented approach with a proven track record of driving decisions and follow-through.
Initiative and proactive problem-solving skills.
Exceptional stakeholder management and engagement abilities.
Persuasive communication skills to align diverse groups towards a common goal.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Passion for change management and the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
Alignment with Adevinta’s core values.

**Desirable**:
Experience managing change in IT-led projects.
Background in online classifieds or the technology sector.
Formal Change Management Certification.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Deploy change strategies and plans in collaboration with project sponsors and leads.
Provide advice on managing people-related benefits, key metrics, and change impacts.
Partner with Internal Communications for planning and implementing communications.
Maintain change information in PlanView for portfolio management.
Advise on and support communication, engagement, and training delivery.
Act as a champion for BTSP change methodology and governance.
