Bridge for Billions, recognized by Forbes 30 Under 30, Ashoka, and Acumen, has worked with more than 100 organizations such as Coca-Cola, Accenture or BMW, and institutions such as the United Nations in the development of entrepreneurship programs that support diverse entrepreneurs in the creation of innovative solutions for today’s most pressing issues. In 7 years, Bridge has grown to a team of more than 50 people from 24 nationalities, with headquarters in Madrid, where most of our team is based; an emerging LatAm HQ in Antigua, Guatemala, with a few team members; and a few people based in different places around the world.
**JOB MISSION**
Bridge for Billions Program Manager is responsible for managing the programs from A to Z, i.e., the conception phase, program launch, entrepreneur and mentor scouting, program experience, and closing ( obtention of business plan, potential pitch day). Ensures that our participants in Bridge for Billions' various programs, as well as our clients, have the best possible experience by identifying client needs to deliver appropriate solutions, gathering their feedback, and improving processes and communication.
As a Program Manager at Bridge for Billions, you will work with our Customer Success and Program Management team to partner with organisations targeting immigrant entrepreneurs in Italy to support this population through a three-year partnership.
**ROLES & CONTRIBUTIONS**
**1) Ecosystem Building (40% of time dedicated to this role)**
- Scout and select the participating Entrepreneurship Support Organizations (ESOs) for the program to run.
- Train, coach and hold accountable the 5 Incubation Managers in charge of the program’s execution and the relationship with the entrepreneurs and mentors.
- Contribute to creating a community of ESO Leaders, ESO Incubation Managers and partners ready to challenge themselves and the ecosystem for a better integration of migrant and refugees entrepreneurs.
- Become an expert on the Spanish ecosystem, ready to connect people and connect the dots to add more value to all. Consolidate and maintain alliances with key stakeholders in the field of migrant entrepreneurship.çEnsure optimal sharing and documenting of learnings and next practices between teams working on Ecosystem Building programs across our team.
**2) Client Relations (20% of time dedicated to this role)**
- Be the main contact point for our donor for Spain, providing updates on program as necessary (health KPIs, financial and impact updates, testimonials, learnings).
- Work on the project considering the project budget and allocation of given resources.
- Understand client needs and ensure that their questions are heard and considered and that the program is a success.
- Ensure customer success and the renewal process in collaboration with the sales team.
**3) Incubation Management (30% of time dedicated to this role)**
- Co-create program design with the selected ESOs, tailoring it to the country and beneficiary type.
- Coordinate the selection of entrepreneurs and mentors for each new program. Support applicants and their queries. Improve selection processes
- Plan and improve program communications, processes, and messaging. Oversee the "Matching" phase of each program where each entrepreneur finds a mentor and makes it a success.
- Track entrepreneur teams’ progress during incubation. Host calls with entrepreneurs and mentors to onboard them, coach them, create cohort cohesion and ensure their success.
- Monitor closely participants' feedback during the program and offer solutions to their challenges. Identify issues quickly and come up with suggestions on how to solve them for the program to run smoothly and provide the desired results.
- Understand clients’ needs and ensure their queries are heard and acted upon, and that their program is a success. Regularly meet with our clients to check in on the program's health.
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED**
- Languages: full proficiency in English and Spanish.
- 3 years’ experience as operations manager, or entrepreneurship program manager, or in the fields of social innovation, social responsibility departments, development organisation departments.
- Plus to have experience with collective migrant enterprises or organisations that are experts in migrant support.
