Job description Louis Concierge Office Management
Louis Concierge offers members tailored access to worry-free enjoyment of an exclusive experience. Each time a member stays in Marbella our team welcome them with personalised service, amenities and lifestyle privileges.
Currently we are seeking for a professional and customer-focused Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Louis Concierge. The ideal applicant should have excellent communication and organizational abilities and provide exceptional customer service to our clients and guests.
**Responsibilities**:
- Schedule appointments and coordinate related activities for our clients and suppliers
- Improve the efficiency and quality of services by developing and implementing standard procedures
- Respond to client and guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records and submit reports to management as requested
- Continuously pursue opportunities to enhance the quality of services and increase customer satisfaction
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an client specialist or similar customer orientated role
- Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory)
- Knowledge in French or German will be a plus
- Top-notch communication, writing and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
- Very good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Microsoft Office competency
- Currently studying business administration, hospitality, or a related field
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required
**Job Type**: Full-Time/Part-Time
