**Requisitos**:
**What are you going to do as a Helpdesk Engineer**:
Support ongoing projects related to the IT profession.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Maintain running systems and environments.
Keep documentation of changes made to the setup
Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities.
**What you bring as a Helpdesk Engineer**:
Education in the IT field - university degrees/IT courses.
Knowledge of AZURE AD, Windows Server technologies (AD, IIS, DFS), VMware, Networks (WAN, LAN, SD-WAN), Microsoft/Office365 is an advantage.
Experience as an IT system administrator or system engineer would be a plus.
Knowledge of Linux server maintenance, MS SQL is an advantage.
Fluency in English (written and spoken). Hybrid scheme in Granada, you can work with your great work team
