We are offering one outstanding opportunity to join our team as Laboratory Samples Reception based in Paterna (Valencia), Spain.

**What are you accountable for achieving?**
- Follow the laboratory's procedures for specimen handling and maintaining records of patient test results.
- Assemble and/or disassemble kit trays and materials as needed.
- Identify problems that may adversely affect test performance and either must correct the problems.
- Provide assistance to the Laboratory Technologists as needed.
- Outsourcing and overseeing the sample reception area.
- Ensuring accuracy and proofreading of any company documentation before registering the data in the software.
- Registering non-conformities related to pre-analytical steps.
- Entering and updating client data where required using the proper software.
- Providing administrative support to the laboratory team.
- Responsible for handling documentation requirements.
- Document all corrective actions taken when test systems deviate from the laboratory's established performance specifications.
- Clean and maintain the sample receiving area so that it can function in a neat and orderly manner.
- Adhere to the laboratory's quality control policies and procedures.

**Desirable requirements**:

- An associate degree in related fields is preferred. English: as from C1 demonstrable (Cambridge Assessment or equivalent).
- More than 1 year of experience in the same or similar role in a laboratory.
