Estamos buscando un Consultor Técnico de ServiceNow para unirse al primer equipo en España que está formando nuestro cliente. Compañía suiza de TI y Telecomunicaciones para apoyarles en la implementación de ServiceNow en sus clientes B2B.

Teletrabajo 100 (disponibilidad puntual en la sede de Madrid)
Contrato directo con la empresa

Buscamos una persona con experiência en el desarrollo y construcción de interfaces con soluciones ServiceNow y que tenga un profundo conocimiento de la plataforma y sus capacidades.

Dentro del equipo se encargará de
Configurar ServiceNow para satisfacer los requisitos específicos del cliente aprovechando las características OOTB.
Proporcionar experiência técnica y apoyo durante la implementación de ServiceNow
Seguir los estándares de implementación y best practices
Desarrollo de funciones personalizadas en el lado cliente/servidor y documentación
Especificaciones técnicas configuración del sistema soporte de pruebas despliegue y soporte

Por ello se requiere
Formación en Tecnología de la Información o un campo relacionado
Más de 2 años de experiência en configuración/scripting y webservices de ServiceNow
Sólidos conocimientos de la plataforma ServiceNow
Muy buen nível de inglés (trabajo diario con equipo suizo)
Deseable
Soft skills habilidades para resolución de problemas comunicación autónomo orientado a la calidad de servicio y resultados comprometido responsable y dinámico
