At Ecolab we are looking for a responsible for representing the Supply Planning organization in the projects, leading the Supply Planner topics as Subject Matter Expert, being the link between the different areas involved in an integration project, such as IT for the different Supply Planning systems, the current Supply Planning team, Project Leader, Marketing, among others, making sure that all processes, data, validation, build ups, etc. are considered and executed in the project that represents the Supply Planning organization, so that the Supply Planning team can integrate the new business or area within the regular work, without any impact on the Service (Invisible Transition).

**Main **Tasks/Responsibilities**
- Act as liaison between Central Supply Planning team and the different areas/people, which participate in an business or systemintegration project, like IT for the different Supply Planning systems, new Supply Planning team (business to be integrated), Project Leader, Marketing, among others.
- Make sure all the process in the current standard are included/considered in the blue print/definition of the new project
- Make sure of the data integrity and consistency, which is used for the setting in the new system/project.
- Make sure all data is loaded and validated in order to do proper Supply Planning
- Plan and coordinate inventory Build up (if applicable) for the project implementation/transitions
- Work daily/regularly with Supply Planning team, as a team member, to keep informed timely about project status, changes, support required, or any impact they could face due to project changes/settings.
- Recommend solutions or alternatives to the Supply Planning leader, regarding decision which need to be made regarding setting for the new system/project
**Experience/Education Required**
- Business, Engineering Bachelor or Master’s degree, with specialization in Supply Chain management or Logistics preferable
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Supply Planning roles
- Advance knowledge of SAP ERP and Advanced Planning Systems
- Project lead experience related to ERP system implementations
- APICS (CPIM or higher) qualified preferable
