We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Team Administrator to join IAG Airports. This is an integral part of the team that will offer someone with exceptional organisational skills the chance to support our day-to-day activities, as well as aiding in wider project related tasks, including creation of reports and presentations that will go to a range of internal audiences.

This role will see the successful individual work in a fast paced, professional yet welcoming environment, collaborating closely with the wider team, business leaders and multiple other functions across the business.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Comprehensive day to day support to Management.
- Support to the rest of the team when required.
- Co-ordinating and updating diaries where required.
- Arranging quarterly and monthly meetings and booking appropriate meeting rooms.
- Ownership of certain reports including working with other teams to source data as required.
- Preparing agendas for a range of team and company wide meetings.
- Taking and typing up minutes/action points where required.
- Ownership of collation and design of PowerPoint presentations.
- Dealing with telephone queries from a range of internal and external sources.
- Collate and maintain relevant specialist reports with data from multiple sources.
- Performing other administrative duties as assigned.

**Skills**
- High level of competence on Microsoft packages with a focus on PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Able to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Must have a proactive and positive approach to work.

**Qualifications**:

- Desirable but not essential to be educated to degree level.
- Desirable but not essential to have prior experience as a team administrator, PA or EA.
