**Our opportunity**

**Your role**

**As an **Agile Engagement Lead** **your main responsibilities will involve**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Agile projects, facilitating effective communication between stakeholders, development teams, and product owners.
- Act as a Scrum Master, guiding teams through the Agile methodology, ensuring adherence to Scrum processes, and removing any obstacles that impede project progress.
- Take on the responsibilities of a Product Owner, including managing the product backlog, prioritizing user stories, and defining product requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, promoting continuous improvement and team efficiency.
- Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and report on project status to stakeholders and senior management.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and innovation within the Agile teams.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices, ensuring the adoption of Agile values and principles.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Agile methodologies, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance Agile practices within the organization.

**Your Skills and Experience**

**As an **Agile Engagement Lead** **your skills and qualifications will ideally include**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile project management, serving as a Scrum Master and/or Product Owner.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and product development lifecycle.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects using Agile methodologies.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Solid problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to address and resolve team challenges.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience in insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
- Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are highly desirable.
- Fluency in English
