This is Sesame HR and we’re looking for our new star signing for our team as an **International Inbound SDR.**
We are Sesame HR, **the digital solution that helps HR teams **, managers and companies to optimize personnel management processes, centralizing them in a single platform.

**¿What do we expect from you?
At a technical level and experience, you need to have:
- At least one year of sales/commercial experience
- Communication, empathy and active listening skills
- Fully proficiency in English AND Spanish.
- Availability to work in the afternoon shift.
You will shine if ✨:
- Experience with CRM usage: Hubspot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc
- Proactive and resolutive attitude
**What will you be doing in Sesame?
- Qualify incoming leads from different sources.
- Assign qualified leads to the correct Account Executive.
- Advice and guide prospects in a consultative way when they are looking for an HR management tool.
