**Job Description**:
You will be responsible to shape and set up the Senior IT Program Management under the guidance of the Eurofins BPT Europe IT Director and participate in high-impact transformational IT projects with a great teamwork environment while enjoying great entrepreneurial freedom.
**Responsibilities**:
- Implement and standardize overall program management and reporting frameworks based on best practices.
- Improve the overall project management maturity across the program.
- Transform the project reporting processes for the projects in the program.
- Manage, plan, and facilitate the project planning process including risk management.
- Assist the BPT Europe IT Director with IT portfolio management.
- Ensure the programs are delivered in scope, on time, and on budget.
- Leverage expertise to influence the identification and validation of User Requirements.
- Work together with the IT teams and other project managers with project planning, project control, resource allocation and communications.
- Create and manage the Communication Plan about the IT Projects, ensuring appropriate, timely information about content and progress of the implementation-project to all stakeholders.
- Prepare decision-making material for project boards.
- Focus on Risk Management and Stakeholder Management at BPT Europe level and Eurofins IT Groups.
- Make sure the projects executions align not only with Project Management best practices, but also with ITIL´s Change Management controls, GxP requirements, especially regarding Quality validations.
- Take ownership as a project manager when applicable.

**Requirements**:
- M.Sc., B.E. or equivalent in Information Technology or comparable field (Applied Math, Engineering, business degree with integrated IT, etc.).
- At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator or PMO of complex IT projects in an international organization.
- Experience with Project Management methodologies like PMI, Prince2 and IPMA. Certification from a recognized professional body is a plus.
- ITIL Foundations certification.
- Deep understanding and first-hand experience of traditional and agile project management methodologies used in the industry like PRINCE2 or Scrum.
- Understanding of IT Quality Management Systems and/or Agile Frameworks.
- Experience with Computer System Validations (CSV).
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences in English. Additional language skills in Spanish, French, Dutch or German are a plus, but not a must.
- High proficiency with Microsoft office tools.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira and/or other project management tools.
- Availability to travel 50% of the time (EMEA).
