Settlement & Derivatives Officer

Booking and Validation of securities / derivatives transactions
- Processing of physical certificates
- Tranfer free of payments
- Helpdesk Function
- Processing of confirmation matching
- Processing of the daily check lists
- Settlement of Collateral Management
- Processing of complex complaints
- Processing of inquiries
- Act as Trainer for Clients on CitiDirect Platform
- Support fund migrations
- Provide / setup control reports / client reports
- Coordinate fund migrations
- Take-over of complex inquiries
- Take-over of complex project activities/project leader
- Active participation in process changes and adaptations

**Requirements**:

- Banking apprenticeship
- University degree in economics, finance, business administration, etc. advantageous

Technical Capabilities:

- Sound knowledge of MS Office
- Experienced knowledge of the fund industry
