Join a growing law firm We are an international team of young professionals specialised in real estate transactions and foreign investments on the Costa del Sol. We are constantly developing new services and expanding to other locations. We are looking for an **after sale** **administrative** to join us in this growth.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

The functions performed in this position are (non-exhaustive list):

- Obtaining NIES
- Processing of supplies and taxes: water and electricity, community, IBI and garbage.
- Resolving the clients’ doubts and inquiries.
- Procedures with Notary's office
- Procedures in the Property and Mercantile Registries.
- Processing of deeds and payment of taxes.
- Sending couriers.
- Attending claims of different companies.
- Traveling to the different police stations, notary offices and other offices in the province.
- Reception of calls and visits in the office

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**
- High customer orientation with a high quality of work standard as well as detail orientation.
- Outstanding commitment, ability to multi-task, and possession of a great sense of responsibility for projects.
- Excellent written and verbal client communication skills as well as advanced level English language skills. Other foreign language is a plus.
- Energy, team player attitude and comfortable with changes.
- Knowledge or experience in hospitality or real estate sector is a plus.
- A vehicle is needed to perform this job
