You will be the voice of the user, understanding their needs by employing qualitative and quantitative research methods to obtain the insights that will guide the decisions to develop our disruptive technologies.

**Responsibilities Related to Market Research
- Do market research in different technology fields to identify insights on market trends.
- Forecast and track industry and sales trends based on collected data.
- Research and compile data related to customer demographics and interests, and factors influencing technology demand.
- Analyze competitors.
- Summaries and analyses data; makes recommendations related to research findings, and identify potential new products/technologies and markets through research.
- Preparing and presenting executive reports, taking care of both content and format.

**Responsibilities Related to UX research
- Do UX research at every stage of the project, bringing feedback to enrich or iterate the technologies to find the perfect market fit.
- Make autonomous decisions to evaluate which user research methodology approaches apply. Design, plan and execute research plans for different projects at different stages of development.
- Planning and implementing user research strategies and methodologies, especially related to qualitative and quantitative research. Defining research questions and recruiting participants for research studies.
- Validating technologies through usability testing and analyzing user insights to help determine what features should be added and what needs to be fixed.
- Transforming your findings into easily understandable insights. Combine data-driven and qualitative insights to guide the decisions to develop our technologies.
- Preparing and presenting executive reports, taking care of both content and format.

**Skills
- A graduate degree in a relevant field (Eg. Business, Management, Economics; Sociology, Anthropology, Design, Statistics, etc).
- Worked on user experience research and market research for at least 1 year. Experience working in technological fields is a plus.
- Deep understanding of Human Centered Design methodologies, lean startup, and business model canvas.
- Experienced in UX research methodologies: Card sorting, Usability testing, A/B testing, User interviews, Surveys and questionnaires, Diary studies, and Contextual observation. Comfortable working with quantitative and qualitative UX research methods.
- Strategic mindset. You can find a balance between user and business needs and identify opportunities that can result in new revenue streams.
- Ability to turn insights into tangible concepts.
- Data-driven decision making.
- Fluent English, written and spoken. Spanish is a plus.
- Eligible to work in Europe.
