**Job Description**:
For the consolidation and expansion of our e-Commerce activity in Iberia, we are looking for a Consumer Affairs Representative with knowledge of Portuguese & Spanish.
- Monitor Order Flow: Oversee all orders moving through E-com system ensuring high levels of service to consumers at all times
- Refunds and Exchange: Perform any necessary refund or exchanges in line with company policies and procedures
- Research and resolve consumer concerns in a timely and professional manner, within company guidelines and policies
- Site Maintenance: propose improvement, keep update coupon and discount and work closely with marketing department
**Other responsibilities**:
- Working in line with SOX policies and procedures for audit purposes.
- Providing support for the Customer Service Department when resources are low.
- Maintaining communication with other departments (sales, finance).
- Ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as requested / assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
**Qualifications**:
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good computer skills
- Experience in data entry
- Accuracy (alpha and numeric) and numeracy
- Capacity to work under pressure with peak of high volume of consumers request
- Portuguese and Spanish bilingual and English intermediate
