**Acerca del empleo**

Actualmente, colaboramos con el partner estratégico y de innovación de un Gran Banco, el cual está buscando incorporar a su equipo a un/a **Technical Delivery Manager.**

Formará parte de una unidad de desarrollo digital, la cual tiene como objetivo la entrega de proyectos del ámbito digital, asegurando que se cumplen con los estándares de calidad y tecnología establecidos.

**Funciones**:

- Gestionar uno o más dominios, con uno o más squads o equipos de desarrollo.
- Asegurar el conocimiento tanto funcional como técnico en el ámbito Digital del Banco.
- Supervisar las tareas realizadas por los EMs y los BAs dentro de los Squads y en los Proyectos durante el Ciclo de Vida de las iniciativas.
- Garantizar que las soluciones aplicadas están alineadas con la estrategia de Arquitectura y cumplen con las necesidades de Negocio.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de la Metodología de trabajo de la compañía y el cumplimiento de los estándares corporativos (Calidad, Seguridad, Cumplimiento Normativo).
- Fomentar un espacio de colaboración entre todos los EMs y BAs (Chapters) y garantizar el traspaso de conocimiento a los Partners externos.
- Coordinarse con los Business Partners para tener una visión global del Roadmap de iniciativas.
- Participar en las reuniones de seguimiento organizadas por los Projects Managers y en los seguimientos transversales de proyectos de arquitectura y seguridad.
- Elaborar propuestas de mejora del servicio que ofrecen los Partners.
- Explorar soluciones tanto a nível tecnológico como funcional en otros ámbitos digitales que puedan incorporar a nuestro portfolio de soluciones

**Requerimientos mínimos**:

- Se requiere experiência previa como **Delivery Manager / Program Manager** o similar en proyectos del ámbito digital, con responsabilidad sobre el desarrollo de proyectos.
- Experiência en la gestión de equipos, tanto internos como externos.
- Experiência en gestión de proyectos en entornos complejos.
- Experiência en **metodologías ágiles y tradicionales.**:

- Deseable experiência en proyectos de banca, preferiblemente en el área Digital.

**Conocimientos tech deseables**:

- Conocimiento general de las principales tecnologías aplicadas: iOS, Android, AngularJS.
- Conocimiento en uso de Design Systems.
- Conocimiento de APIs y microservicios.
- Conocimiento de herramientas de gestión de proyectos.

**Condiciones**:

- Contrato indefinido.
- Rango salarial abierto según experiência.
- Bonus adicional, basado en objetivos individuales y de equipo.
- Modelo de trabajo híbrido: asistencia de 2/semana a las oficinas (ubicadas en Sabadell, Sant Cugat o Barcelona centro).
