Collections Technician

We are Trucksters, a rising star(tup) in the brand-new digital tech-logistics field.

**What do we do?** We are a digital transport operator focusing on optimizing long-hauling in Europe. Thanks to our driver relay system that allows multiple drivers to switch between each other, we are improving the standard of trucking.

**Where are we?** We are based in Madrid, although we have a global scope. We have operations in Spain, Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, the UK and France.

Our vision is to move the world's road freight in relays to accelerate the electrification agenda and improve drivers' life.

**Your Mission at Trucksters**

This is your chance to join a fast-paced, growing company and make a real difference. In this role, you'll be responsible for collecting customer payments quickly and accurately, while also managing the department's administrative tasks. You'll also have the opportunity to provide excellent customer service and help keep our collections processes running smoothly.

**Specific responsibilities for this role include**:

- Collect customer payments quickly and efficiently.
- Manage department tasks accurately and organizedly.
- Use Excel to keep accurate records and manage data.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and identify and resolve any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth collections processes.
- Manage your workload proactively and solve problems as they arise.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both spoken and written, especially when handling customer inquiries. Polish or German is a plus (not required).
- Proficiency in Excel for data management and analysis.
- Experience in accounts receivable and treasury operations.
- Ability to work with others and collaborate across various departments.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage tasks independently.

**Hiring process**
