**Your responsibilities and tasks**:
General Description:

- Leads the implementation of the automation of projects in contact with the Project Manager and other Project Engineers since the signing of the contract until the full completion of the project to be on time on quality and on budget with a customer satisfaction.
- Number of projects per year: 2-8 projects.
- Once the methodology (as defined above) is established, to implement it, follow it up and control its accomplishment by means of the project.
- Travel and commissioning estimated 45% of the time over the year.
- Projects worldwide.
- Depending on project size, works alone, or coordinated with several engineers assigned to the project.

Operational:

- Ensure project automation compliance with customer specifications, functional analysis, GEA norms and automation standards.
- Document Engineering according to GEA procedures.
- Functional analysis development.
- If necessary, organize, coordinate, monitor and control the development work for control assigned to the project.
- Organize and initiate the implementation of the automation project in strict compliance with the budget framework. Seek for budget improvement according to the quality and deadlines restrictions.
- Preserving GEA interest in the contract on-site regarding any changes in automation.
- Participate and contribute to productivity improvement projects, as well as the innovation approach in the automation domain.
- Meet regulatory safety regulations in force on the site or established by GEA.
- Evaluate constantly its own safety and the supplier’s safety during commissioning.
- Promote the sharing of skills and ideas across teams.
- Ensure regular reporting on the progress of automation project to the automation project leader and project manager.

**Your profile and qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or similar (Automation / Telecommunication)
- Written and oral communication skills
- Computer literacy with demonstrated, experience in using Internet, Microsoft Office
- English (B2/C1). French, German, Portuguese highly valuable
- Hygienic design know-how
- QHSE standards in industries (particularly IAA)
- Mechanical engineering know-how
- Electrical engineering know-how
- Electricity, automation, control, pneumatics
- PLC programming (Siemens, Schneider, Rockwell)
- HMI Programming (Siemens, Schneider, Wonderware, Rockwell, Factory Talk)
- S88,S95, S101 norms
