**IDIBELL is looking for a Nursing Predoctoral Researcher for a Lung Cancer Screening Project (S**creening Office Management**)**
**About the research group**
EU funded research project on lung cancer screening. The two main objectives are a) to assess the feasibility of a lung cancer screening programme (pilot) and b) to evaluate the safety of two years interval screening compared to one year. The research team it is multidisciplinary (primary health care physicians, pneumologists, radiologists, oncologists, public health specialists).
**About the role**
Management of the screening office for the project:
- Participation in the identification and invitation of the project target population
- Communication with the included population: invitations, additional tests, results, smoking cessation, etc.
- Monitoring and controlling the adequate clinical follow-up of participants during the screening and diagnostic process
- Participate in the initial recruitment of participants
Participate in the analysis of the project and in related research projects.
