**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **Purchase Supervisor** who will be responsible for supplier management of base and preferred suppliers. Part of your other activities will be to Request For Quotation (RFQ), negotiation, contract management and analysis of suppliers, competition, benchmark, and spend analysis. You will be responsible for supplier management in line with strategy, process, and KPIs for assigned suppliers and to support closely the Additional Material Factory Team in Seville. You'll be reporting to Procurement Manager based in Italy and you will be part of an international team overseeing the procurement activities in a dynamic and challenging landscape.

**What you will do**:
As a **Purchase Supervisor** you will be responsible on:

- Sourcing and Contracting
- Drive sourcing and contracting activities as per strategy and policy.
- Identify and implement cost saving initiatives contributing to reduction of total cost of ownership (TCO)
- Negotiate and contract local suppliers, support Global and Regional category leaders in execution of agreed procurement strategies
- Realize cost savings through sourcing activities
- Drive and measure supplier performance; manage local supplier base and ensure delivers in full, in quality and on time
- Ensure Purchasing Policy, processes and tools are known and followed by local stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for optimisation and to drive automation within existing processes to unlock productivity
- Develops and maintains strong stakeholder management relationships. Communicates results and acts as a proactive Business Partner
- Shares good practices and facilitates networking on site

**We believe you have**:

- MSc in Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics or Business Administration.
- Experience with procurement (preferably MRO, maintenance services, pallets, polymer films) is preferable.
- Fluent English (spoken & written), Fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
- Project Management and Supplier relationship management experience is preferred.
- Good understanding of Purchase to Pay processes.
- Strong experience in SAP is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience as a “cross-functional” team member preferably gained in an international environment.
- Result oriented with a drive to make a difference.
- Good networking skills with ability to build and utilize networks internal and external.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Autonomous; self-starter, energetic, structured approach.
- Takes ownership and drives for results.
