We're looking for our Junior Business Analyst (M/F/d) who will help us achieve our goal and extend the business in Spain. As a member of our local team, you'll be part of a determined, motivated, and enthusiastic team. We're scaling rapidly and working closely with our partners to ensure that we develop and propose a modern way to travel.

Your Tasks - Paint the world green
- Support all Iberia BR management in the analytical side of different strategic projects
- Monitor on a weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly basis a set quantitative and qualitative KPIs; Revenues, Costs, Quality
- Analyze, provide forecasts and prepare reports on the above
- Use of complex database coming from several softwares (Microsoft powerbi / Sales Force / Oracle etc )
- Participate in projects to drive automation for recurring processes involving different departments.

Your profile - ready to hop on board
- Excellent Bachelor/master’s degree in business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields of study
- 1 to 3 years of experience as business analyst, ideally in b2c and/or consulting.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel/ PowerPoint, other programing languages are a plus (python )
- Highly motivated in achievement and the necessary entrepreneurial drive to develop our business.
- Good communication skills, Self-reliance, reliability, and conscientiousness
- Spanish (native speaker level) and fluent in English, Portuguese is a plus.
