**Job description**:
We are currently seeking a **Mechanical BIM Modeler** with a strong background in **HVAC Design** to join our engineering team in **Madrid**. Your main missions are:

- ** BIM Modeling**: Develop and maintain accurate 3D models of HVAC systems using Revit and other BIM tools.
- ** Electrical Design**: Collaborate with engineers and designers to create detailed designs for mechanical installations.
- ** Documentation**: Produce high-quality technical drawings, layouts, and as-built documentation.
- Work closely with other disciplines (Electrical, CSA ) to ensure model consistency and clash resolution.

**Profile**:
With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, BIM Management or a related field, you have at least 5 years of experience in HVAC design and BIM modeling.

With a strong attention to detail, you enjoy multicultural teamwork. Your rigor and your ability to work in a team-oriented environment will allow you to succeed in this position and grow within our company.

Speaking fluently Spanish and English, a good level in French would be a plus.
