We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst for our HQ team. As a Senior Finance Analyst you will make sure all the necessary policies and procedures are in place to ensure the sound financial management and control of the business. You will contribute to the alignment between local reporting and HQ reporting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review monthly results, checklists and account reconciliations
- Review monthly consolidated Financials and prepare external reporting
- Monitore processes and controls; make recommendations for improvements
- Support local audit for markets
- Reconcile accrual forecasts to actuals
- Support system integration migration
- Assist with ad-hoc controlling team project implementation

**You have**:

- 4+ years of experience in finance and 2+ years experience in controlling
- Outstanding Excel skills. Familiarized with Financial Modelling practices and experienced creating financial dashboards
- Process-oriented mindset, comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor
- Ability to thrive in a very fast-paced environment
- Strong track record of defining and executing against key performance indicators

**Nice if you also have...**:

- MBA/ CFA/ ACCA
- Experience working in a start-up environment and/or with factoring management is a plus
