**Descripción del puesto**:
Actualmente estamos buscando establecer nuestro equipo de outbound con personal con experiência como SDR para realizar labores de market research y prospección comercial. Buscamos 2 perfiles con iniciativa que, en el futuro, puedan liderar el equipo comercial. Te ayudaremos y formaremos para que puedas realizar la adquisición (inbound y outbound) y retención de usuarios y tendrás la oportunidad de trabajar de la mano de profesionales muy cualificados y reconocidos.

La posición tendrá como objetivo principal la apertura de nuevos mercados y búsqueda de clientes:

- Contactar con clientes potenciales de acuerdo con una lista de empresas.
- Identificar a los responsables de la toma de decisiones y cuáles son sus necesidades y averiguar cómo podemos resolverlas.
- Agendar reuniones.
- Garantizar la transferencia de la información del cliente potencial al sistema.
- Cumplir o superar los objetivos de desarrollo de ventas.

Buscamos **perfiles** con los siguientes requisitos:

- Tienes un carácter comercial.
- Tienes excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
- Tienes un buen manejo de herramientas digitales (Excel, Power Point, etc).
- Tienes experiência en venta consultiva de productos tecnológicos.
- Tienes experiência con CRMs (Hubspot, Pipedrive, etc) al menos en sus versiones gratuitas.
- Tienes experiência con LinkedIn Sales Navigator y/o algún otro programa de prospección comercial.
- Tienes experiência con Playbooks de ventas.
- Eres proactivo, entusiasta, organizado y te gusta trabajar por objetivos.
- Eres disciplinado, persuasivo, sociable y extrovertido.
- Tienes capacidad para priorizar y gestionar el tiempo de forma eficaz.
- Tienes actitud Positiva (Imprescindible).
