One Player Mission are thrilled to be working with an exciting AAA studio, located in Barcelona. The client is seeking a Talent Sourcer to identify, attract, and hire top talents who can contribute to the development and success of their AAA games.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Deep experience in recruitment in the game industry (agency or AAA Studios).
- High level of Proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Network of Game Industry professionals in Europe and North America.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including posting job openings and coordinating interviews.
- You will need to execute recruiting strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives. This may include partnering with universities, attending industry events, and implementing employee referral programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for new hires.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the company’s recruitment strategy remains competitive and effective.
- Collaborate with other departments such as human resources, relocation, and finance to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
