Padi Instructor

**Job Overview**:
Adventure Divers, located in Europe’s Premier 5-star resort of La Manga Club, Spain, is seeking experienced and dedicated individuals to join their small and friendly team. This is a seasonal position from July to September, with the potential for extension.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting PADI courses, including teaching, guiding, and assisting with various levels of instruction.
- Assisting in all aspects of dive center operations, including equipment maintenance, filling tanks, cleaning, and customer service.
- Leading guided snorkeling groups, conducting bautismos and try dives.
- Driving a 9-seater minibus for transportation purposes.
- Participating in marketing activities, including advertising and promoting our services in Spanish and English, with an opportunity to suggest future marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum age of 25 for minibus insurance purposes.
- Extensive experience in both Dive Master and Instructor roles.
- Hold a full, clean European driver’s license.
- Strong team player with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken), additional languages such as French or German are advantageous.
- Teaching status with Emergency First Response (EFR) certification.
- Possess current professional liability insurance for Spain or the ability to obtain it upon arrival.
- Must own all personal diving equipment and teaching materials.
- Experience in guiding snorkeling groups is preferred.
- Familiarity with servicing Scuba Pro regulators and other equipment is a plus.
