- About the Opportunity_

We have a great opportunity for a motivated Global Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic Global Marketing team, based in Barcelona. Reporting into the Global Marketing Director for Atopic Dermatitis (AD), this role is responsible for supporting the Director of Global Marketing in leading the Global Launch Team, partnering with the different functions and geographies to orchestrate successful multidisciplinary launch execution at global and local level for a new promising biologic agent in the AD space, currently in PhIII phase, bringing competitive patient solutions in the AD landscape that helps the right patients achieve their goal.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate high standards of behaviours aligned with the Almirall culture: Integrity, Innovation, Passion, Accountability and Teamwork.
- Lead and manage the launch of a strategic asset in the business unit of Immuno-Dermatology.
- Create robust launch platform for the brand as part of the Global Launch Team, partner with the different functions and geographies to orchestrate successful multidisciplinary launch execution at global and local level.
- Efficient understanding of the market and the ecosystem in Dermatology and integration of the patient and HCP insights in the launch strategy.
- Develop campaigns and brand plans capable of meeting the developments and changes that the current era in the pharmaceutical industry puts forward.
- Create, develop and manage digital content and innovative initiatives that integrate the company’s marketing strategies and align all the company networks to guarantee success.
- Secure sophisticated, targeted and more efficient scientific communication using optimally all communication channels to create value for our customers and for the patients.
- Contribute to all strategic and tactical planning for the brand, including (but not limited to) market opportunity assessment, customer insights generation, customer mapping and segmentation, and input into Global strategy.
- Support financial planning and monitoring for the brand including sales forecasts and budget monitoring.

**Education & skills**:

- Education_
- University degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry or Economics.
- Experience_
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing.
- Experience in developing marketing strategies and plans, as well as its implementation and monitoring.
- Experience in budget preparation and management.
- Expertise in Dermatology or Immunology.
- Experience with innovative molecules.
- Experience with product launches is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills, creativity and teamwork orientation are required.
- Ability to connect with cross-functional colleagues and with external stakeholders.
- Demonstrable flexibility and ability to work in a complex and ambiguous environment
- Demonstrable entrepreneurship, strategic thinking and innovation skills.
- Skilled at making decisions that encourages a positive and results-oriented team.
- English at an excellent level is essential (proficiency).
