The IT department has a vacancy in its team for the following position:
Project Leader / TSO for Lab Systems (Information Technology)
The IT Project Leader leads IT projects in his/her area from initiation to business value realization. The IT Project Leader designs and implements all information processes and systems needed to achieve sustainable goals setup for his/her project. The IT Project Leader acts as Technical System Owner Lab Systems in I&TD (Empower, OpenLab, LIMs, etc..) maintains and develops the portfolio according to the IT and business strategy of the company and also is responsible for managing the IT Lab System admins.
The main activities and responsibilities
- Leads projects to deliver on time, on specification and on budget.
- Leads IT Lab System administration.
- Engineer business processes.
- Prioritizes changes based on their value and alignment to business and IT strategy.
- Acts as I&TD Lab Technical System Owner and Subject Matter Expert.
- Maintains process, technical and training documentation.
- Performs Testing and validation.
- Organizes functional forum and trains the trainers.
**Requirements**:
- Academic educational level, minimum B.Tech. or B.E./MBA is desired.
- Experience in change management and design of new processes in an international environment (at leasy 3 years).
- Experience in R&D Lab systems (8+ years)
- Knowledge of the various R&D Lab systems (Empower, Openlab, LIMs, Labx, etc..) and business concepts and processes.
- Fluent in English language (written and spoken).
- General cGMP knowledge.
- Experience in co-operation with different types of organization and different hierarchy levels.
- Strong project management skills. Delivers project on time, in budget and according to specifications
- Independent and reliable worker.
- Strong communications skills. Intercultural skills.
- Strong communication skills.
