You will join legal department/area **BUSINESS ANALYST & SOLUTION DESIGNER**

Understands needs and issues of business users in the context of the Enterprise and Operations strategy, analyzes them (identification of Business Requirements) and design solution options, including:

- Organizational setup (structure and R&Rs)
- Sizing, staffing and sourcing options (FTEs, in/outsourcing)
- Process (re-)engineering (incl. customer journeys and employee journeys)
- Mapping of requirements to Business Architecture
- Business requirements can be formulated in terms of epics, user stories, use cases.

**What are you going to do?**
- Dedicated equal member of our project team with full responsibility for project tasks and deliverables
- Support in preparing customer presentations, pitches and product development
- Conduct analysis and prepare presentations for management
- Engaged in preparing and following-up of team meetings, events and workshops
- Conduct administrative tasks, e.g. scheduling and writing minutes of meetings

- Previous work experience in engineering area related is a plus
- Bachelor degree (preferably in engineering)
- Penultimate or Final Year Bachelor students only
- Fluent in written and spoken English.

**Need to know**
- Requirement for internship positions is the enrolment in a university.
- Available to start in **Feb 2023**for 9-12 months and interested in a **part-time internship** **(we can have some flexibility)**
