The Site Manager will be the responsible of the new production site of radiopharmaceutical products in Salamanca, will ensure good efficiency of production thanks to an experimented and reliable production team and well-maintained equipment and building, with the respect of GMP, safety rules and compliance.
- The SM will manage radiopharmaceutical products which are manufactured in accordance with production programs and plannings whilst meeting targets in terms of quantity, quality, timing and cost. This is to be achieved within the framework of regulatory compliance and operating within established high standards of compliance, cGMP, Heath, Safety, Environmental Protection and good working practice. The SM will also train, develop and effectively lead a multi-functional team for radiopharmaceutical production.**Major accountabilities**:
**Production**
- Ensure the agreed production programmes meet the process and engineering demands necessary to achieve the operational requirements of quality, quantity, timing and cost
- Ensure all necessary resources (raw materials, equipment, human resources) are available for each production to guarantee Business continuity as well as introduction of new processes with minimum delay and take responsibility for all operational aspects
- Define, follow and control the budgets of the site

**Active participation in recruitment**
- Organise and follow the Annual appraisal interviews
- Ensure that the staff planning is consistent
- Together with Country Operations Manager provide direction, formulate strategies and make decisions which ensure the efficient operation
- Commit to CAPAs plan

**Safety, health and environment on site**(on behalf of the Country Manager)- Safety of people on site

**Compliance**
- Ensure that all activities and documentation on site complies with existing statutory and corporate standards in the area of regulatory compliance, cGMP, Health, Safety, and Environmental Protection

**Minimum Requirements**:
**Obligatory requirements**:

- Education: Graduated degree (preferably in Lifescience)
- 2+ years of experience on a production site of radiopharmaceutical products **OR **3-5 years in functions with increasing responsibility within the pharmaceutical industry
- Compliance oriented
- Strong Management and leadership skills
- Open and clear collaboration and communication to make sure the daily production operation runs smoothly
- Sense of priorities and capacity to work under pressure
- Fluent English and Spanish, other languages are a plus
