Join us on a mission that matters._- Duties and responsibilities
- Commercial Counsel. Review, draft, negotiate, and interpret commercial contracts (e.g., SaaS/subscription agreements, data services agreements, master service agreements, NDAs) with a wide variety of counterparties (renewable energy developers, corporate and industrial renewable energy purchasers, independent renewable energy advisors, software vendors, etc.).
- Corporate and Regulatory Compliance. Provide legal advice to ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable legal requirements; develop and maintain related internal policies and procedures.
- Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience as in-house counsel at a multinational company or with a leading law firm, with significant experience on matters involving renewable energy and renewable energy projects. Experience with SaaS and venture-backed startups is a strong plus.
- Ability to provide practical, business-oriented advice and guidance independently in a fast-moving environment at all levels of the Company.
- A willingness and desire to learn LevelTen's business at a granular level for the purpose of assessing risk and providing strategic advice.
- Strong teaming and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English (the working language of the Company and Madrid office) is required. Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred as well. Admission to practice law in Spain is required.
