As we enter an exciting and challenging period of growth, we are looking for a highly organized and energetic People Coordinator to help us achieve our ambition to bring cutting-edge technology to construction with our AI -powered software that automates the comparison of reality to the plan.

Your role will be pivotal as an integral part of the People team reporting directly to the Chief People Officer. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive support across different areas such as talent acquisition, talent retention, talent management and development; apart from engaging in nurturing our culture where our people are always at the core.

**About you**
- 3+ years of experience as an in-house people practitioner in a tech company
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any other relevant field; Master in a related field, CIPD or any other related people professional certificate is a plus
- Experience supporting L&D initiatives and implementing employees' benefits
- Experience helping to implement and maintain people core processes, policies & systems
- Experience dealing with tech and non-tech groups as well as with different seniority levels within the business will be key
- Demonstrable experience handling and supporting day-to-day people operations activities, culture initiatives and talent acquisition responsibilities
- English is a must; other languages will be a plus
- A can-do attitude with a solutions-orientated "roll your sleeves up" approach, curious mind and with a passion for learning
- Strong analytical skills to provide accurate feedback and data-driven reports to the Chief People Officer
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, permeated by diplomacy
- Highly organised and responsive, with troubleshooting skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks effectively at the same time
- Emotionally intelligent with great interpersonal and people-facing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup working environment while maintaining accuracy and quality under pressure

We offer both, remote work, and a hybrid model in our space in London or headquarters in Barcelona; whatever suits you better. If you are remote, we'll make sure that from time to time you will enjoy quality time with the rest of the team in the headquarters. If you prefer to relocate to Barcelona, we'll be happy to help once your probation period is completed.
