For our Retail Division, we are looking for:
**PROJECT MANAGER**

**How you will do it**
- Provides technical support to sales teams (on request)
- Monitors the projects in Handover phase with Sales, Service until such time
- Analyze all the technical parts of the project (plans, calculation notes...), defines the implementation strategy for the project and identify the technical risks.
- Develops and manages business-critical projects and programs with financial or legal impact
- Establishes the planning and execution of the charge of the project.
- Quantifies and qualifies the need for internal resources and outsourcing.
- Participates in the negotiation of the estimate’s subcontractors trigger orders and contracts, as well as requests for approvals, and monitoring the work.
- Prepares procurement sites (with plans and specific tools)
- Manages the requests or orders for materials, procurement suppliers, in accordance with the procedures
- Determines the choice of materials, generates orders and monitors supplies
- Coordinates the work of education and facilities.
- Manages and prioritizes budget needs within the pre-sales team
- Gets involved in the continuous improvement of the company's processes and aims to improve efficiency
- Participates in site meetings and leads the approval documents of study.
- Following changes and additions to work, considers the impact and quantify the associated costs.
- Validates the studies carried out in hours and installation and analyzes the differences
- Manages situations of work, billing and monitoring of recovery of its projects.
- Search for improvement opportunities that could generate capital gains
- Performs immediate agency in charge of any technical fault or economic affairs and suggests corrective actions necessary
- Negotiate the work and ensure customer acceptance (in conjunction with the seller of the case)
- Monitors contractual projects and manages potential conflicts
- Inform the various parties involved in the implementation of business
- Analyze the financial statements of its projects and their progress, deals with potential problems and manage the associated risks to
- Ensures the technical implementation of business in a timely manner and works to improve the margin, at least respect that provided for the sale
- Conducts monitoring the profitability of the business: array of monitoring and follow-sheet sent to headquarters
- Participates in review meetings held by the company
- Is responsible for compliance with safety rules on projects
- Prepare the elements for the creation of the guides of conduct and maintenance of facilities and DOE (Hot executable work)
- Prepares technical and regulatory issues in sufficient number of copies, as required by regulation
- Prepare the minutes of receipt
- Suit calls for service and guarantees
- Represents the image of the company and its values with customers and suppliers
- These responsibilities are likely to evolve in response to changes in organization and / or company’s goals. _

**What we are looking for **

Project Management Qualification or equivalent experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent English is required

Ability to work on own initiative

Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) systems and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) knowledge will be a plus
